I was very fortunate to be asked by the Ice Bar in London to make their 10th Birthday Cake.
My instructions were to make it WOW and to have a husky dog somewhere.
They wanted the logo on and was there anything else i could suggest?
I suggested that I could put their iconic ice glasses on the cake (Made out of sugar and totally edible) and this was agreed.
At the 11th hour i was given a new logo for the new ice design of the bar and i managed to fit this onto the cake just in time.
