Giant cupcake for wedding tower. This Large cupcake is to go on the top of a tower of smaller cupcakes for a wedding. It has purple icing covering the bottom. It is made with lemon sponge and lemon curd in the centre. Covered on top with lemon butter icing and glitter (although the glitter doubt come out too well on the photo).
